Subscriptions, cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

Plans

Exploroo Plus is a subscription that renews automatically: EUR 3.99 per month or EUR 24.99 per year. The exact price and renewal date are shown in Google Play before you confirm.

Cancel any time

Open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Exploroo and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

Google Play handles payments and refund requests. Request a refund on Google’s refund page or through its withdrawal form. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. When you buy, Google asks you to confirm that access starts immediately and that you give up the withdrawal right for content already supplied; after that, a refund is possible if the content is defective, unavailable or not as described.

Withdrawal

Google Play handles withdrawal and refund requests for purchases made in the app. Use the refund request page or the withdrawal form in Google Play, see Google’s refund policy for the EEA and UK. For any other question write to info@exploroo.app.

Price changes

If the price rises, Google Play tells you and asks for your consent. Without your consent the subscription ends.

Restore purchases

In the parent area of the app, tap Restore purchases to bring your subscription to a new phone with the same Google account.
